Not so very cheesecake

Crsipy nachos drizzled in cheese, sour cream, tomatoes and spring onions... feeling mexican on Nadiah's home lunch treat. And for desert, a.k.a Coffee Club generous ice cream in strawberry sauce coupled with a slice of marbled cake.

Blue-eyed cheesecake

One of my favourite toppings is the blueberry. Made this batch especially for the Maulid at Masjid Kassim. Gave a couple to Amir who loves blueberry.

Light baked cheesecake with the right sweetness of blueberry. I drizzled extra toppings for my serving seen here... yummy!

Strawberry 'o cheesecake

This is, by far, my best tasting cheesecake. The strawberry glaze compliments the lightness of the cheesecake. The caramel on the presentation plate adds to the flavour of the digestive-biscuit base.

Marmalade n Oreo base

Another baked cheesecake came complete with marmalade topping and chunky orange slices. This time round its Oreo base for colour contrast.
